Longing for Spring Awakening

So, today while my friend and I were stuck in traffic between Sacramento and San Francisco, we listened to the entire soundtrack for the musical Spring Awakening--a "daring depiction of teen self-discovery," set in Germany in 1891, whose music is not only catchy, but hilarious. And now, I'm dying to see it. (Like, maybe somewhere around April 19th-ish. Or until May 9th. In Detroit.) Has anyone out there seen it?

Did you know who was the original lead (or one of them)? One miss Rachel Berry of GLEE fame! There she is, right in the middle!

OMG Laurain. Justin and I saw this about 3 years ago when we went to NY. It was before the show got big. We saw it in this little theater in Chelsea. His aunt lives there and gets season tickets to the theater's shows, and ask if we wanted her tickets for the show. The theater was in an old building (maybe an old church?) and only seated about 50-75 people. The show was so good, one of the best I have ever seen. I would totally recommend the show to anyone. The soundtrack is also great. I have it if you want a copy.
